President, Pam Crouch has over 20 years of cruise and event planning experience, including Sales & Marketing. Her thorough knowledge of special event planning, corporate meeting planning, and cruise travel is revealed in the personal touches found throughout your event or voyage.
Pam is an active member of the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce and was awarded Ambassador of the Year in 2010. She has been an active member with her involvement of their Riverfront Music Series and the Living Well Racing Series where she served 2-years as the Race Director. Pam has also served as Co-Chair of Glastonbury Chamber’s largest town’s festival for 3-years and served 5 years as their Volunteer Coordinator.
Pam has been very supportive of local charities and organizations including the Hartwell Soccer Club, where she served 5-years as the Concession Tournament Coordinator that host over 10,000 visitors in one weekend. She was recently elected in May of 2011 to the Board of Directors for the Glastonbury Education Foundation, an organization who grants funds to programs, initiatives, and projects that provide outstanding educational opportunities for the community of Glastonbury. She also is involved with the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, where she serves on two of their boards. She has co-chaired their signature fundraising event the past two years, the Storybook Gala, which hosts more than 500 guests each year to raise funds for the hospital. Their 2010 event brought in over a half of million dollars. Pam lives in Glastonbury, Connecticut with her son, Nicholas. She loves to travel, attend sporting events, and a big fan of soccer. Volunteerism is a passion of hers and she is always looking for new ways to network in her community and surrounding towns.

After 15+ years in the corporate world, Lisa decided to focus her energies on her true passions including party planning, event coordination and cruise/destination travel and fulfill her childhood dream of partnering with her lifelong friend Pam. “We often spent summer days on the swing set plotting out our future and dreaming of one day owning a business together.” Lisa’s prior business experience prepared her well for event planning. In her last position as a project manager, she was responsible for all aspects of planning including, budgeting, staff coordination, scheduling, customer relations and implementations. Her positive attitude, creativity and attention to detail allow her to thrive under extremely stressful conditions and bring order to chaos. Lisa holds a Masters in Business from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. Lisa is married and has two children. She is a self proclaimed “soccer mom” and enjoys cooking, decorating and cruising with her family.
